HONOR Brand is looking for an experienced designer. 

Location: Minsk, Belarus (remote working during COVID-19) 

Responsibilities: 

• Development of digital advertising materials (for social media and other digital media), translation subject matter into concrete design for brand’s advertising campaigns
• Development of brand identity elements: POSM, trade-marketing and promotional materials, etc.
• Participation in the development of creative concepts for promotional and advertising campaigns (internal development and cooperation with local agencies)
• Implementation of global designs for local market
• Development and maintenance of a single visual image of the company's products and creative materials
• Created design theme and graphics for marketing and sales department
• Advertising and POSM materials production support and supervising 

Requirements: 

• Strong design skills
• Experience creating designs for digital and off-line advertising
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (I.e. Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), After Effects plugins, Corel Draw
• Experience working with 3D graphics
• Understanding the latest advertising and design trends
• Has the proven experience of related design work (graphic design portfolio)
• Quick learner and good social communication capability, strong in build a new relationship with internal colleagues and customers
• Motion design experience and portfolio will be a plus
• Good command of the English language (Intermediate and higher)
• Marketing experience will be a plus
